Made in Japan by Fog Linen from Japanese linen that has been coated in poly resin. The coating makes it waterproof but still light enough to carry with one hand — I love using mine for soap on the kitchen and bathroom counter, coffee or bringing drinks outside. Not suitable for hot dishes straight from the oven. Hand wash only.
