Shipping Information

For in-stock items, our warehouse works to ship orders out within 7-10 business days. 

Items that have a "special order note" are final sale - no exchanges or returns - and will ship in the timeframe provided in the special order note. 

Online Return Policy
Please note that due to the bespoke and fragile nature of our items, many pieces are not refundable or returnable. Please read the item descriptions carefully - we carry many works by small artisans and the handmade origins often lend to small imperfections or variations. 
However, we want you to be completely happy with your Two Webster purchase. If for any reason you are not, please mail the parcel back to us within 14 days of the delivery of your purchase and we will issue a store credit (less the original shipping cost). To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the condition it was received. Any merchandise purchased on sale or stated as "final sale" will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Any special order merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

To make your exchange: Email us at info@twowebster.com to let us know what you would like to return. Please include your packing slip or the following information with your return:

  • Your name, billing address, and order number. 

  • IF IT WAS A GIFT: The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order.

Once we receive the package, we will promptly issue a store credit in accordance with this policy.

Damaged Goods Policy
While all of our pieces are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped in new condition, it’s possible that damages may occur during shipment. Two Webster will replace any damaged item(s) at no additional cost if you contact our team within 48 hours of the item’s arrival. We will provide a shipping label for the return of the damaged item, so please do not discard the item or its packaging. If the item arrives damaged but is not eligible for a replacement (i.e. is out of stock), you will receive a full refund for the total purchase price of the item(s) to your original method of payment.
