It's been a minute since I've been on here. The store has picked up to its summer pace and my creative juices have not been flowing. I am on vacation in Maine, staying at the gorgeous Claremont Hotel in Southwest Harbor and relaxation has turned the creative spigot back on.
The Claremont is a design dream -- at least for me. It is filled with patterns, color and a mix of old and new. Thoughtful design is at every single turn. And my favorite, the little mix of whimsy that shows up in the most unexpected places (like a potting shed and the fitness cottage). The team behind the adorable shop in Seal Harbor, The Rusticator, is responsible for the decor and they were totally on point. Maybe I need to hire them for my home!
