Not super fall oriented but starting to get some cozy flavors going
In attempts to make myself meal plan, I am sharing what I plan to make for dinner this week. It’s a busy week so things might go a little sideways but I’m prepped and ready for some tasty meals.

September might be my favorite food month in New England. The fresh produce is top notch with tomatoes, corn, summer squashes and other great things still going strong. Local peaches are in abundance (I think still) for one of my favorite sides — tomato, peach and burrata. Such a great combo! Cozy flavors also start to show up.
Here is my plan for the week
Monday: I love making a soup each week. Ideally Sunday but this week it was Monday. I made Lidey Heuck’s Ratatouille Lentil Soup and it was great! Fresh zucchini was the star. I added some chicken breast to the soup for some extra protein.
Tuesday: Grilled Skirt Steak with Romesco Salsa from Lidey as well. I will serve it with fresh corn and salad.
Wednesday: Salmon with Honey and Chili Crunch — mixing up some chili crisps with honey and calling it a day. Wild caught salmon from the fish market is a must. I will serve with salad and either roasted potatoes or sweet potatoes.
Thursday: One Skillet Burrito Bowl from WTC — Caroline Chambers. Roasted veggies and margaritas will round this one out.
Friday + Saturday: Leftovers or out for dinner.
